Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority

At ViveNorth, we carefully select products designed for babies, toddlers, and young children. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns that meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Be in resalable condition

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, assembled, used, or damaged products.

Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team at contact@vivenorth.com to request a Return Authorization.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Inspection and Processing

Once your return is received by our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing.

After the return has been approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Shipping

For all returns that are not due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return has been fully processed.

ViveNorth is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

For returns related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, ViveNorth will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vivenorth.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement, refund, or return solution depending on the situation.

Items reported outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

Shipping Charges and Refund Deductions

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by ViveNorth to deliver the order will be deducted from your refund.

Example:

  • Order total: $120
  • Free shipping received at checkout
  • Actual outbound shipping cost paid by ViveNorth: $18

Refund issued: $102

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Assembled products
  • Products missing original packaging or components
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items (unless defective)
